Hello
Please call me Tina.
I am a bi-racial San Francisco native, appreciative of the multicultural spirit of the city. I attended college in Los Angeles, graduate school in Portland, Oregon, and then I moved to New Zealand and worked as a therapist before returning to San Francisco. I provide services on the foundation that people deserve to feel a sense of control, confidence, and peace when facing adversity.
Experience
My clinical experience started in Oregon working with teens and families at an underserved high school in North Portland and at a community clinic in Southwest Portland. I then moved to Wellington, New Zealand, where I worked at Stand for Children Tū Māia providing home-based family therapy services. I received training in alternative cultural approaches to wellbeing and worked with families from a wide range of backgrounds. When I moved home to San Francisco, I worked at Urban Services YMCA, providing community-based therapy for youth and families through the school district, ERMHS, and SF Juvenile Probation Department.
